At Lumans, every creation is prepared with care to preserve the quality of our artworks and ensure you have a wonderful experience when you receive it.

TERMS & DELIVERY TIMES

To ensure secure delivery, all orders are delivered exclusively against signature..

 

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • France & Europe : generally between 5 and 10 business days
  • International : généralement entre 10 et 15 jours ouvrés

These timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the carrier or customs formalities.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are estimated at checkout and displayed before payment is confirmed.

Depending on the period or collection, free shipping may be offered.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email including the tracking information will be sent to you.

 

TAXES & CUSTOMS

For international orders, customs duties or local taxes may be applied by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS

 

RETURN PERIOD

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of your order to submit a return request.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must:

  • -be unworn and unused,
  • -be returned in their original condition,
  • -be accompanied by their complete original packaging (silk square, sealed bookletcase, silk paper), undamaged so that they can be restocked.

Any item returned incomplete, damaged, or used will not be eligible for a refund.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

To submit a return request, please contact:

contact@lumans.co stating:

  • -your order number,
  • -the item(s) concerned,
  • -the reason for the return.

Return instructions will then be provided to you.

 

RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a damaged item received.

 

REFUNDS

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.

Processing times may vary by a few business days depending on your bank.

We do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction. Should your order arrive damaged or if you notice an issue, please contact us promptly at:
